Great motel. Close to everything. We had a wedding at the Pelham Resort this location gave us a great place to stay. Affordable and right down the street. I highly recommend.
This is my favorite place to stay and relax. I highly recommend the Cutty Sark for a great beach getaway. All rooms have a fantastic ocean view. I sleep soundly to the waves crashing and love the proximity to the ocean too! Book online, it’s easy to choose the room you want to stay in. The housekeepers and office people are nice and friendly. Thumbs up 5 star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐
We stayed 2 nights facing ocean. Great views. Nice walk up and down beach. Simple, clean, just great easy going. Housekeeping did a great job too. No microwave if you thought most places have them but fridge and K-cup machine.
This was our first stay at the Cutty Sark and certainly won’t be our last! Rooms were beautiful! Location is perfect! Views are amazing! The coffee and pastry in the morning delicious! We loved it!

Great location on the beach. It is the only hotel in the York area that is on the beach. It is older and well kept. Staff is very helpful. The views are amazing. It is a quiet relaxing place to enjoy some time in the beach. I will be back again.
My best friend and I went to Cutty Sark for our birthday. We had been there before 2 years ago. The view is incredible. To see the sunrise over the ocean. Amazing. Like God was painting it right in front of me in the big picture window. York Beach long sands, well you can't go wrong. York has been in my blood for 66 yrs. I owned a cottage here. My Grandfather built. I'm ill now, So I had to sell it.So going there, has always been a haven for me. Cutty Sark is the perfect place to relax, comfortably. Listen to the Ocean. I actually walked on the beach and my friend picked up shells for me. Momentos from our birthday trip. I don't know if I will make it back. But the memories are precious. Thank you it it was a very special and uplifting trip for my friend and I. A special thanks to Julie the young girl employee. Who was very helpful. Such a lovely place. Thank you.
We’ve been staying at the Cutty Sark for 37 years and have never been disappointed. The location can’t be beat, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s a short walk to Long Sands Beach. The lawn area outside with tables and chairs offers a beautiful view and is very relaxing. The staff is friendly, and coffee and pastries are available each morning at no extra cost. I look forward to our stay at the Cutty Sark every summer.
